What should a new client know about working with you?

I provide a safe, nonjudgmental space where we can work together to address a variety of concerns-whether it's anxiety, depression, stress, burnout, emotional overwhelm, trauma, spiritual abuse, or relationship struggles. As an EMDR-trained therapist, I blend trauma therapy techniques with somatic psychology and traditional talk therapy to support your healing and help you create the life you desire
