Hello, I'm Dr. Kristina. I take an integrative, holistic approach to therapy, focusing on the health and well-being of my clients by examining family systems and generational patterns. With 14 years of experience in the mental health field, I have developed a deep understanding of the complexities of human behavior and relationships. I work in a private practice setting, offering life coaching, and in a group practice setting, providing telemental health services. Additionally, I have conducted assessments and evaluations for pre-bariatric and spinal cord stimulator patients, helping those who struggle with maintaining a healthy weight and chronic pain. I am fully licensed as a licensed professional counselor in the state of Georgia and a licensed clinical professional counselor in the state of Connecticut, and earned my Doctorate of Philosophy in Advanced General Studies in Human Behavior from Capella University in 2018. My dissertation focused on the correlation between sexual and professional identity, and I am proud to have my research published. Outside of the office, I enjoy reading, traveling, and cooking.
