Hi! My name is Kristina Tu. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 10 years of experience working with individuals who have experienced trauma, anxiety, family issues, relationship challenges, eating disorders, depression, and self-doubt. I earned my Master's in Counseling from Saint Mary's College of California. As a therapist, I strive to create a safe, collaborative, supportive, and non-judgmental environment for healing and self-exploration. I use a collaborative approach with my clients to help them navigate through phases in their lives that may be confusing and challenging. When we are unable to process challenges, we can feel like we have lost our sense of direction and become stuck in unhealthy patterns.
