Kristina takes a holistic and trauma informed approach, and utilizes DBT, CBT, Attachment focused, Humanistic, Positive Psychology and Mindfulness based therapy modalities to empower, affirm, support, and help educate the individuals she works with to gain insight and to make positive changes into their lives.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Kristina uses compassion and kindness to cultivate the therapeutic relationship, empower individuals to develop the skills needed to cope during challenging times, and to build self-esteem while gaining personal insight, recognizing one’s strengths, value and resilience, and to start taking control and making positive changes in one’s life. Sessions take place in a confidential telehealth environment. Kristina welcomes the opportunity to assist you on your journey, working together to relieve the challenges you face in life.
