Hi Im a Licensed therapist with years of experience helping clients navigate their mental health, substance use, compulsive sexual behaviors, relationship and other issues. I have worked extensively with families and couples affected by their loved ones mental illness, addiction even assisting in facilitating interventions. Finding and asking for the right help can be overwhelming. My approach is nonjudgmental and supportive while creating a space where you can be heard and understood. There are many pathways to change and there is not a one size fits all. Each person is unique and that is why I have training in many different areas and types of therapy. Whether you are struggling with ADHD, Sexual Addiction, life changes or something else, my goal is to empower you to take control of your path and move forward with confidence.

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge.
