Hi, I'm Kristyn, a licensed professional clinical counselor in the state of Ohio. I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Ashland Theological Seminary.
First off, I want to say that you are courageous because it takes a lot to seek out help when you need it most. At this moment, your life may feel overwhelming, anxious thoughts may not rest, and peace may seem out of reach. You may feel burdened with guilt and shame, where there seems to be no hope in sight. I would love to come alongside you and help you find that peace, discover hope, and restore balance back into your daily routines.
I have over seven years of experience utilizing several evidence-based approaches tailored to the needs of my clients across many different types of settings. I will help you develop and achieve manageable goals to discover what is working and what is not, and utilize healthy coping skills with empathy and compassion. I will provide you a safe and nonjudgmental space for you to heal and grow. I look forward to working with you!

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
