What should a new client know about working with you?
Kristyna works well with meeting her clients where they are. Through her nonjudgemental and laid back approach. She still has the capabilities to challenge those when it is needed.
What is your typical process for working with clients?
During your first meeting is a time of getting to know one another. Going over assessments and discussing the reason for seeking therapy. The sessions follwoing will be where the work begins. Sessions will start with asking how things have been since the previous session. Depending on the situation will determine if homework is involved. (No you wont be writting and essay ;)). Each session is working on getting a better you.
