I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who offers a compassionate, non-judgmental space for women navigating relationship challenges, anxiety, life transitions, and emotional overwhelm. Many of my clients are capable and thoughtful on the outside but feel exhausted, unseen, or disconnected internally. I specialize in relational distress, attachment patterns, and boundary challenges. Whether you are working through conflict, betrayal, self-doubt, or simply feeling stuck, therapy can help you slow down and gain clarity. My approach is warm, collaborative, and trauma-informed. I integrate CBT, Emotionally Focused Therapy, and attachment-based work to help you understand patterns while building practical tools for change. Therapy with me is not about blame or labels — it is about insight, emotional safety, and meaningful growth.

What should a new client know about working with you?

You do not need to have everything figured out before starting therapy. You are welcome to show up exactly as you are. My style is warm, open-minded, and grounded. I listen closely, ask thoughtful questions, and help you gently explore the patterns underneath your stress or relationship struggles. I do not shame, rush, or judge. Many of the women I work with feel emotionally alone, overwhelmed, or responsible for everyone else’s needs. Together, we create space to better understand your emotions, strengthen your voice, and build healthier ways of relating — both to others and to yourself.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

In our first session, we focus on understanding what brings you in and what you hope will change. I ask about your relationships, stressors, personal history, and strengths so we can identify meaningful goals. Early sessions center on building awareness and emotional safety. We explore patterns in communication, attachment, and coping. As clarity grows, we introduce practical tools such as boundary-setting, emotional regulation, and healthier communication skills. We move at a pace that feels safe and collaborative. Throughout therapy, we check in on progress and adjust goals as needed. My intention is that you leave sessions feeling clearer, supported, and less alone in what you are carrying.
