I am a licensed therapist with Meru Health, holding a Master’s in Counseling Psychology from the University of North Texas. In just 12 weeks—the duration of our program—you will build skills to reduce stress, alleviate anxiety, and better manage uncomfortable emotions. I'll support you through unlimited chat messaging and scheduled video calls throughout this journey. Do you often feel flooded by intense emotions? And you definitely don’t have to do it alone. I believe in taking care of the mind and body, so in my free time you might find me teaching and practicing yoga or enjoying the outdoors. I have 10 years of experience with specialized training in the treatment of trauma, anxiety, and depression. I am a licensed counselor in GA, MD, ME, WA, and WV.
