At Emerald Reflections Counseling, I specialize in helping individuals, particularly teens and adults, navigate life's most challenging moments. With over 14 years of experience as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and a Master’s in Social Work from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign, I work with those struggling with anxiety, grief, trauma, and life transitions. I understand the emotional weight these issues bring, and I am passionate about guiding you through them with empathy and personalized care. Whether you're dealing with the overwhelming pressure of anxiety, coping with the loss of a loved one, or facing a major life change like a career shift, relationship changes, or personal growth, I offer a safe and supportive environment where you can heal. My approach is person-centered, focusing on you as an individual and helping you build the tools you need to regain control, reduce stress, and find peace amid chaos. In our work together, I’ll empower you to strengthen your coping strategies, tap into your creativity, and rediscover your passions so you can move forward with confidence and clarity. Drawing on my extensive experience in both nonprofit and medical settings, I provide a well-rounded approach to mental health. At Emerald Reflections Counseling, we take the first step toward healing together. If you're ready to take control of your emotional health and embark on a journey of healing, I’m here to support you every step of the way.

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
