I am a Licensed Associate Counselor who provides compassionate, client-centered therapy in a supportive and nonjudgemental environment. I believe in meeting clients where they are at and working collaboratively to support personal growth, meaningful change and healing. At Hope & Healing Counseling Services, we help create a plan to move you toward living a more fulfilling life and will celebrate the progress with you! We will work together using an approach that is integrative drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, mindfulness-based interventions and multicultural counseling practices. This will help clients to better understand patterns of thoughts, emotions and behaviors while developing healthier coping strategies and building motivation to maintain those changes.
