Lacey Campbell, MS

Psychotherapist
NV
Lacey Campbell, LCPC My approach to therapy is compassionate and caring, as I specialize in emotional regulation. I have a fun, lighthearted style to help you through your journey. My approach I use a variety of thinking and feeling methods to help my clients move fluidly through their transitions and difficulties in life. I incorporate CBT, DBT, EMDR, and other modalities to balance the whole self. My focus I work with clients who have difficulty with an easily startled nervous system. Many experience stress, anxiety, and post-narcissistic trauma-related feelings and thought patterns that continue to linger. I help those who struggle to control their emotions, including anger and frustration, among other instabilities. My communication style I speak compassionately and use active listening to create a calming, relaxing, and safe environment. Working with me feels like you are not on your path alone. My journey to mental healthcare I grew up in a dysfunctional environment and always strived to reach my goals. I am very passionate about persistence. There are end goals and there are journeyswe cannot do these things alone. I worked in the school system abroad and spoke with many children concerned about suicide. I am the first person in my family to attend and graduate college, earning my Masters in Mental Health Counseling from McDaniel College. I have a passion to help others so they dont feel alone and can achieve their goals because we all need helpit takes a village. I am from Baltimore, MD, and through volunteer travel, teaching abroad, exploring different educational paths, and finally moving to Las Vegas, I have created the life I dreamed of as a child. It took people, places, and experiences to make that childhood dream blossom, and thats why I became a helper. My goals for you I prioritize using your strengths with various techniques and strategies. My first session with you Clients can expect a calm space to share whatever they want.
