Psychotherapist

Are you feeling down, hopeless, or just “not good enough” and need someone to talk to? You’re not alone and have come to the right place. I know participating in therapy can be intimidating. My priority is to make you feel safe, comfortable, and to empower you to make the change in your life that will turn your rainy days into sunny days. The therapy sessions are tailored to your individual needs and are provided in a warm, nonjudgmental, safe space, allowing you to be your authentic self. As a skilled, caring, and unique therapist, my goal is for you to be whole again and to enjoy life even when experiencing challenging moments. During sessions, you can be your vulnerable self, talk openly, and express yourself in a way that’s comfortable for you. My approach My approach is collaborative and down-to-earth — I’m not here to judge or “fix” you. I’m here to listen, ask the right questions, and help you build the tools and insight to move forward in a way that feels right for you. I use cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) to help you process unhealthy thoughts, in addition to mindfulness and EMDR therapy, to assist you in becoming more aware of your thoughts and emotions without being overwhelmed by them. My focus Are you tired of feeling the way you feel? The overthinking, the low energy, the constant pressure to hold it all together — even when you’re falling apart inside. Maybe you're stuck in a loop of anxiety, self-doubt, or sadness that just won’t lift. And even though you're functioning on the outside, you know something needs to change. In our work together, we’ll slow things down. We’ll make space for what you’re carrying — and start untangling the thoughts, emotions, and patterns that keep you stuck. My communication style Therapy is a judgment-free zone, that is, a safe and confidential space where you can gain clarity, feel supported, and make meaningful change.
