What should a new client know about working with you?

I will spend the first session getting to know you and what you would like to receive from therapy. I will also help you to identify triggers that lead to anxiety symptoms. I love mixing conversation with mindfulness and relaxation techniques. I also give out-of-session assignments that encourage you to practice relaxation techniques. Whether you are feeling overwhelmed, anxious, depressed or experiencing relationship issues, I am here to help. Seeking therapy can feel intimidating but your decision to start therapy is a good choice. You owe it to yourself to heal and grow. Congratulations on taking the first step and I look forward to working with you soon!

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
