My journey to mental healthcare I've learned and personally experienced that difficulties in life can be isolating. When we have someone whom we can trust and feel safe with, we can feel a little less lonely. So I aspire to be a therapist who can be that person to someone and walk alongside others in their most vulnerable moments, offering compassion, tools, and guidance, without taking over their journey. Being a therapist to me means being humble about the complexity of human experience, understanding that healing is not linear, and each person’s journey is unique. My goals for you I create a safe and supportive environment by building trust in a nonjudgmental, empathetic relationship that allows the client to explore difficult emotions and experiences. I provide validation and encouragement to reinforce self-esteem and promote resilience. I track progress with regular check-ins to assess what is working and what isn't. There is flexibility in goals and strategies can be adapted as the client's needs evolve.
