I’m a compassionate therapist who supports children, adolescents, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, and social-emotional challenges. I strive to create a warm, nonjudgmental, and LGBTQ+ affirming space where clients feel heard, respected, and supported as they work toward healing and growth.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I believe therapy is a collaborative journey rooted in trust, resilience, and hope. I partner with clients to build on their strengths, develop healthy coping strategies, and navigate life’s challenges with greater confidence and self-understanding. With extensive experience supporting youth affected by substance use and addiction, I bring both compassion and clinical insight to my work, helping clients create meaningful, lasting change.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

When you are ready to get started, schedule an initial assessment visit (intake) through Zocdoc. After you book an appointment, a care coordinator will reach out to review your method of payment and/or insurance number and answer any initial questions you may have before our first visit.
