Hello, I'm Lashayia, and I'm here to support you on your journey to becoming the best version of yourself. My approach to therapy is entirely dependent on your needs and what you hope to achieve. Whether you have clear goals in mind or are still figuring things out, I'm here to assist you every step of the way. Our therapeutic relationship is a unique arrangement that starts with commitment and rapport building. You tell me what you’d like to work on, and together, we’ll figure out where to start. I am knowledgeable in areas such as dementia, children's mental and behavioral health, depression, developmental disabilities, grief and bereavement, life transitions, learning disorders, suicidal ideation and self-harming behaviors, trauma, adolescent and teen mental and behavioral health, anxiety, substance use, and autism spectrum support. I hold a Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) and am a Licensed Certified Social Worker-Clinical. My professional background and certifications equip me with the tools and knowledge to provide you with the best care possible.
