Hi, my name is LaShell Pope. I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Amridge University. I love working with adolescents and adults from diverse populations of different races, cultures, and ethnicities. My approach My mode of therapy is collaborative. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused, and Bowenian therapy to help my clients succeed. My focus I journey with individuals who have experienced depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, and various mood disorders. I am also passionate about relationship management, offering pre-marital and marriage counseling, couples counseling, family therapy, and spiritual therapy. I am a certified Trainer/Facilitator with Prepare-Enrich and a Level 1 Gottman certified therapist. My communication style I believe you, the client, are the expert in your life. My role is to journey with you in discovering your greatest potential by assisting you in creating balance in every area of life and discovering your AUTHENTIC S.E.L.F.
