Getting to know Latoya L Horsley
Hello there! My name is Latoya.
Do you ever feel stuck? Have you ever felt bruised, broken, and like giving up? These feelings often tie back to anxiety, depression, and low self-esteem. If this sounds like you, then I am the right person to come and see. I am open to helping anyone but see many patients who struggle with these three issues. I utilize a person-centered approach and use cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and dialectical behavioral therapy. I love watching clients achieve their goals in therapy, helping people, and witnessing the relief it often brings emotionally, mentally, and physically-to be able to get some things off their chest that they may have been carrying for years. I believe in caring, empathy, and being nonjudgmental of the client. I hope that knowing this comforts you and puts your mind at ease as you start your therapeutic journey.
I earned my Master's in Counseling from Liberty University, which has equipped me with the skills and knowledge to support you effectively.

More information on payments and coverage
Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
