My approach is highly individualistic, focusing on the unique needs of each client. I work with addiction, trauma, ADHD, anxiety, depression, and women's issues. My approach I take a holistic approach to therapy. I do not believe the body and mind can be separated-both must be healthy. I integrate various treatment modalities, including DBT, CBT, narrative therapy, and more.
