What should a new client know about working with you?

I work with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and identity struggles, using an integration of psychodynamic therapy, somatic work, mindfulness, and cognitive techniques. My approach resonates with those who are introspective, open to self-exploration, and willing to engage with their emotions and patterns in a meaningful way. Many of my clients come with existential questions, relationship and attachment concerns, or a general sense of being stuck.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I take an active role in the therapeutic process—offering insights, asking direct questions, and challenging unhelpful patterns while providing a supportive space to explore. Clients often find that our work helps them feel more grounded, clear-headed, and better equipped to navigate emotions with greater ease.

Please be careful when booking while I’m sure this may be a wonderful provider I’m not sure, the office was aware of my appointment I didn’t receive an email or any communication prior and wasn’t seen. Please double check in the future I was really looking forward to the appointment
