My goal is to help you find moments of peace, and to learn ways to heal so that this journey no longer feels as though it defines you. Healing is possible, not by forgetting your experience but by integrating it into this new chapter in your life I use a combination of mindfulness, somatic, emotionally focused, and trauma informed therapy to be fully present and help you to recognize your own strengths in growth and healing. Grief is not something to fear but should be revered and witnessed. Your story is a sacred one, only you can tell.
