My name is Laura Curry, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (#113832). I hold a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from National University. I am certified in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and am a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional. I have worked in schools, inpatient and outpatient settings, and community programs. My experience includes county services, a psychiatric health facility, a crisis residential facility, and substance use treatment programs. The youngest client I have worked with was 3 years old, and the oldest was 87.
I am a mother of two and have been married for 20 years. Originally from Sacramento County, I have been a resident of El Dorado County for the past 10 years. I enjoy working in the mental health field and am passionate about what I do.

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
