What should a new client know about working with you?

DISCLAIMER: We are not able to accept Medicare or Medicaid plans at this time. My path to becoming a therapist began with a lifelong desire to understand, support, and help others through difficult seasons of life. Over the years, my experience working alongside individuals facing a variety of challenges has deepened my commitment to providing compassionate, person-centered care. Now, I’m honored to bring warmth, authenticity, and curiosity to each session, as I believe that healing happens through genuine connection and that a safe space allows you to be fully yourself while recognizing your strengths, resilience, and capacity to grow.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered is central to my work, as my goal is to help you build the self-awareness, resilience, and self-compassion needed to create lasting change. I'm passionate about helping you reconnect with yourself, and I see therapy as a journey of self-discovery, healing, and transformation, one that includes both deep emotional work and moments of hope, gratitude, and laughter. Together, we'll work toward an environment where you feel supported, valued, and understood as you build the tools you need. I use evidence-based, person-centered, and integrative therapy approaches to help you heal, grow, and develop those tools. My style is warm and authentic, and I tailor my approach to your unique needs, experiences, and goals, honoring that every individual's path to healing is different.
