I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker practicing in Pennsylvania and Maryland with nearly 20 years of experience helping individuals and families navigate lifes challenges. Over the years, Ive worked in a variety of settingsincluding outpatient therapy, inhome family support, schools, and medical social workwhich has given me a broad perspective on the many ways people experience struggle and resilience. I work with clients facing depression, anxiety, relationship and family conflicts, grief and loss, parenting challenges, life transitions, ADHD and trauma. My therapeutic approach draws from PersonCentered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy CBT, StrengthsBased Therapy, and MindfulnessBased. Most importantly, I bring a genuine, openminded, and nonjudgmental presence to our sessions. I believe that therapy works best when its grounded in trust, honesty, and collaboration. Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge.
