I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Master’s in Social Work and a deep personal connection to the mental health journey. Drawing from my own lived experience, I meet clients where they are and help them set realistic, achievable goals for healing. I work with clients as young as age 13, specializing in the treatment of post-traumatic stress, mood disorders, bipolar disorder, depression, and anxiety. I take an integrative approach to therapy, blending cognitive and mind-body techniques such as mindfulness and somatic awareness to support emotional regulation and self-discovery.
