I specialize in working with clients facing challenges such as depression, anxiety, grief, and difficult life transitions. My practice focuses on providing support and guidance to individuals navigating these complex emotions and circumstances. I utilize therapeutic techniques tailored to each client's unique needs, fostering a safe and empathetic space for their healing journey. I hold a Master's in Social Work from Colorado State University and a Bachelor's degree from the University of Wyoming.
