My focus I have found that my style and approach best fit children, adolescents, and young adults struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, early-onset conduct problems, ADHD, and those with mild autism and other developmental delays. I help these children thrive by teaching them to manage their emotions and build healthier adult and peer relationships at home and school. I also assist young adults with mild to moderate autism in learning effective self-regulation strategies, reducing stress and anger, managing life transitions, and increasing novel social interactions by developing social and communication skills.
