I'm a licensed professional counselor living in the Texas Panhandle! I approach therapy from a trauma-informed lens and incorporate somatic (body-based) practices. I believe healing and having a life you deem worth living is possible. I specialize in trauma, anxiety, grief, and depression.
I earned my Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Antioch University Santa Barbara, equipping me with the knowledge and skills to support clients effectively.

I am a survivor of years of abuse and mental health struggles. At my lowest, I vowed to help others who feel lost and hopeless. It took years-heartbreak, injuries, and setbacks-but I kept pushing forward because my purpose is to help those who feel lost and alone.
