I earned my Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Antioch University Santa Barbara, equipping me with the knowledge and skills to support clients effectively. My approach I am a client-centered therapist from a humanistic background and believe each person is the expert in their life. Creating a trauma-informed and empathetic space is my priority, fostering therapeutic relationships. My focus I have experience treating individuals with anxiety, depression, grief, PTSD, and complex PTSD. Goal setting is unique and deeply personal to each client.
