What should a new client know about working with you?

In our work together, you can expect a receptive and compassionate approach, allowing space for authentic self-expression and reflective listening. A judgement-free zone to challenge restrictive thought patterns and hold space for renewed perspectives and accountability. As the firstborn to a divorced single mom, I saw firsthand the long-term effects of "being the strong one" for everyone. The tasks of everyday life definitely left a strain on her emotional, psychological, and physical health. My mom is now a retired nurse and three-time cancer survivor, who now makes self-care her number one priority. Now that I am an adult, juggling life's many responsibilities, I have seen the value in prioritizing my self-care and addressing the areas of my life that need healing.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Goal success is best reached by meeting you where you are and setting goals focused on where you'd like to be. Regularly checking progress and making adjustments as needed. Our first session will be an opportunity to discuss goals and expectations and for you to share your background and areas of focus.
