Psychotherapist
CA
Looking for a therapist can feel intimidating. It takes courage to search to find the right fit. My role as a therapist is to honor that vulnerability by creating a safe, collaborative space where you are met with respect and understanding. My approach My approach to therapy is collaborative, direct, but compassionate, and always centered on the unique needs of each client. I draw from evidence-based modalities including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to support meaningful change. I believe healing happens in a space of safety and authenticity, where clients feel heard, accepted, and supported without judgment. Through honest conversation and steady encouragement, I work to help clients gain insight, build emotional tools, and move toward a life that feels more aligned and fulfilling. My focus I work with adults, especially TAY (18-23), struggling with mood challenges, relationship struggles, identity shifts, and major life changes. I offer a caring, nonjudgmental space where you can be your authentic self, make sense of what you’re going through, and find steady ways to move forward. My communication style Therapy is collaborative and, like any partnership, it is sustained by clear communication and trust. Our work will include respectful curiosity and reflection in a non-judgmental space. Part of enacting change or gaining clarity often invites gentle exploration of vulnerable moments and experiences. I will be with you every step of the way.
