I believe we all have the power within us to make positive changes; we just need a safe place to be vulnerable enough to discover that power. Counseling with me can be that safe place for you. I hold a Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Kent State University, which has equipped me to support you effectively on this journey. If you are ready to experience an improved quality of life, more successful relationships, or if you just need support dealing with life's challenges, I would be honored to go on this journey with you.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I work best with young women who are experiencing trouble finding freedom from anxiety and depression. My approach to counseling is supportive and welcoming, but will also challenge you to increase your self awareness and grow. I believe for change to take place you have to be encouraged, supported and sometimes, gently pushed in the direction of growth.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

As an experienced women’s therapist, I believe that every woman can find freedom from the pressures we so often place on ourselves. You don’t have to do it alone.
