Hi there! It's very nice to meet you. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Work Therapist Licensed in both New York and North Carolina with experience as a social work therapist, and as a in school/college/career counseling and as a life coach. I have experience in helping clients with anxiety, relationship issues, motivation, self esteem, women’s health, PTSD, depression, LGBTQ, and personal growth. I believe in treating everyone with respect, and compassion; after all we will be working together as a team. I utilize various treatment modalities to meet your unique and specific needs by building skills, tools, and enhancing self-esteem. I'm a very interactive therapist and I'm passionate about supporting my clients both within sessions and in between sessions; to help keep their motivation up in order to achieve their goals successfully. Everyone's needs are different; but the one goal is to be your ideal self. I will help provide you with the necessary tools and skills to get you there!

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge.
