I am here to meet my clients where they are, and together we identify those next steps and engage in some challenging and vital conversations. I hold a Bachelor's degree from Colorado State University, which has helped shape my approach to supporting others through their journeys.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I am greatly passionate about systems work! I specialize in strengthening relationships (of all varieties) and supporting individuals in self-reflection on their histories with connection and attachment to gain insight into their struggles and what feels needed to move forward more positively into their future.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I appreciate that finding a therapist that feels like a right fit can feel daunting! It's always my aim to take the pressure off my clients and meet them exactly where the are.
