My approach My therapeutic approach is humanistic and client-centered. I adapt to each person's unique needs. Although my approach is humanistic, I commonly integrate aspects of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Internal Family Systems/parts work, Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, narrative therapy, psychodynamic, solution-focused, and many more theories. My focus I work mostly with trauma, stress, and interpersonal issues such as social or family concerns. I also work with anxiety, emotion regulation, self-esteem, self-expression, life transitions, identity exploration, improving coping skills, existential/spiritual issues, religious trauma, depression, and multiculturalism. My communication style My communication style is compassionate and understanding. Our therapist-client connection is an important part of therapy, and I encourage communication about what you're experiencing during our sessions. My journey to mental healthcare I have a genuine love for people, and I enjoy supporting others on their journeys.
