Getting to know Lauren Stutts

Through a relational approach, my aim is to meet people where they are and work towards greater clarity and freedom from the pain and fear we have experienced. I believe in the power of relationship, especially the one we have with ourselves, to help us heal, grow, and discover how to be intentional about the kind of life we want to live. I approach the work with compassion and an open heart, inviting all parts of ourselves to be known and understood. I hold a Master's degree in Clinical Social Work from Bryn Mawr College, which has deeply informed my practice and commitment to this work.

What should a new client know about working with you?

My areas of focus include depression, anxiety, grief, and trauma, including sexual assault and abuse. I also offer licensure supervision to fellow therapists pursuing their LCSW. I utilize an attachment based relational approach, psychodynamic psychotherapy, mindfulness techniques, and internal family systems concepts in my work.
