I understand that starting therapy can feel vulnerable and even a little intimidating at first. My goal is to create a safe and supportive space where you feel seen and understood, a place where growth and healing can happen at your own pace. I view therapy as a collaborative process built on trust, curiosity, and compassion. Together, we explore what is working, what is not, and how you can move toward the life and relationships you want. My approach is warm, collaborative, and goal oriented. Whether you are hoping to reconnect as a couple, navigate life transitions, or understand yourself more deeply, I am here to walk alongside you, creating space for growth, hope, and change.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I work with individuals, couples, and families, with a special passion for helping couples strengthen their connection and communication. In my work with couples, I draw from the Gottman method, an evidence-based approach that helps partners build friendship, manage conflict, and create shared meeting. With individuals and families, I integrate Narrative Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Solution Focused Brief Therapy to help clients challenge unhelpful thoughts, reauthor their stories, and discover their strengths.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

At the heart of my work as a systemic perspective. I believe that no one exists in isolation that our relationships deeply shape how we see ourselves and others. I work with clients to understand patterns within their relationships and families, helping them find new, more fulfilling ways of relating. I have experience supporting clients through a range of challenges including infidelity, communication issues, emotional disconnection, anxiety, life transitions, and family conflict. I strive to help clients not only resolve immediate concerns but also cultivate deeper understanding, resilience, and connection in their relationships.
