Her approach combines cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), client-centered, solutions-focused therapy, and motivational interviewing (MI). She enjoys working collaboratively with each client to determine individual needs and believes in treating others with respect, sensitivity, and compassion.
