Hello! I am a bilingual (English/Spanish) Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist based in California. I hold a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from Mount Saint Mary’s University. I work with individuals of all ages, couples, and families. I am here to support, guide, and provide you with the tools necessary to overcome the stresses and obstacles encountered in life. I strive to provide a safe, nonjudgmental environment that encourages change and growth. I will work with you to awaken and recognize the strengths you possess by unlearning negative thought patterns. I will help you know that you have a voice that matters and that you do not need to suffer in silence. If you feel anxious, sad, or irritable, I will help you find skills to regulate your nervous system. If you’ve experienced trauma, I will help you process or re-process your trauma. You have the ability to love, heal, and flourish. I will begin accepting clients 5/1/2024.

More information on payments and coverage
Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
