I believe in meeting clients where they are and helping them move forward with compassion and guidance. I earned my Master's in Social Work from the University of New England. In my work, I often use cognitive behavioral therapy and person-centered therapy to support clients. I also incorporate psychoeducation and worksheets to extend progress beyond sessions, helping individuals apply skills in daily life.
