These years provided me with intense experience of the social, familial, and academic challenges faced by adolescents. I integrate therapeutic models such as Family Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy, and Exposure and Response Prevention Therapy. Additionally, I am trained in CBT for Insomnia, Mental Health First Aid, and Crisis Intervention.
