I help prenatal-postnatal (maternal-depression) patients, adults, individuals, or couples with emotional issues. I can also assist parents with support with parenting issues. These important issues present in our lives in multiple ways including relationship problems, feelings of anger, anxiety, or depression that many times do not make sense. I help patients focus on healing day by using different treatment modalities, including DBT, CBT, gestalt client-centered, or a combination of the listed.
