My goal is to meet the mental health needs of individuals and families by equipping them with practical tools that foster healing, resilience, and meaningful life change. With over 25 years of experience in child welfare, I have a deep understanding of the impact trauma can have on daily functioning, relationships, and self-worth. I am especially passionate about helping clients build resilience and effective coping strategies to navigate life’s challenges. I strive to support clients during some of their most difficult moments with grace, compassion, and a genuine understanding of their unique needs.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I use an integrative, evidence-based therapeutic approach that is individualized and holistic, drawing from multiple therapeutic modalities to best support each client. Together, we will develop client-centered, strengths-based goals designed to promote growth, healing, and improved daily functioning.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I believe every individual is unique, and therapy should meet people where they are. While trauma can be deeply debilitating, I firmly believe that healing is possible. Through building trust, developing effective coping skills, and strengthening emotional awareness, individuals can improve their lives and relationships moving forward with hope and purpose.
