Levi Perez-Lujan, MFT

Psychotherapist
NV
Hi there, I'm Levi! My name is Levi Perez-Lujan; I am a licensed marriage & family therapist and a licensed clinical alcohol & drug counselor. I hold a Master's in Counseling and a Bachelor's degree, both from the University of Phoenix. I also speak Spanish and have been doing therapy for more than 8 years. I have worked with diverse populations experiencing trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship problems, negative unconscious programs, and substance abuse. **My approach** I was formed as a therapist with a strong solution-focused and strength-based approach to solving problems, which means that I believe you already have most of the solutions to your problems; my job is to help you find them. I also look for unconscious programs or patterns that have been passed down to you or that may have originated in your childhood and still impact you today. Additionally, I possess a strong biblical and Christian foundation that I incorporate in therapy if requested. **My focus** Even though I am a marriage & family therapist, I believe I do my best work with individual adults who are experiencing trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship problems, negative unconscious programs, and substance abuse. **My communication style** Clients say they like my calm demeanor, my insightful questions, and that I'm a really good listener. **My first session with you** My goal is to establish a great therapeutic alliance with you and make you feel safe and comfortable. I explain my approach in more detail and make sure to answer any questions you may have. I ask about your reason for seeking therapy and your desired outcome, and we work together from there. After the first session, my clients typically tell me they feel relieved, validated, and more in control.
