I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) who uses a client-centered, strengths-based approach grounded in CBT, ACT, and motivational interviewing. I work with clients of all ages and backgrounds and am especially passionate about supporting BIPOC individuals and the LGBTQIA+ community. I strive to create a safe, supportive space where clients can explore challenges, build resilience, and improve overall well-being. I approach therapy through a holistic, intersectional lens and believe clients are the experts in their own lives. My experience includes working with at-risk youth, individuals living with severe mental illness, and traditional and nontraditional college students. I also incorporate creative and mindfulness-based approaches when helpful.
