I’m a compassionate bilingual social worker who supports children, adolescents, adults, and families through a wide range of emotional and life challenges. What should a new client know about working with you?

I take a strengths-based, trauma-informed approach and incorporate evidence-based practices including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and DBT-informed skills to tailor care to each client’s unique needs and goals. I’m passionate about partnering with clients to build on their strengths, develop effective coping strategies, foster resilience, and create meaningful, lasting change.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

When you are ready to get started, schedule an initial assessment visit (intake) through Zocdoc. After you book an appointment, a care coordinator will reach out to review your method of payment and/or insurance number and answer any initial questions you may have before our first visit.
