What is your typical process for working with clients?

Therapy with me is casual, conversational, and always centered on you, in a welcoming, nonjudgmental environment where you feel genuinely heard and empowered to grow. Drawing on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and psychodynamic therapy, we'll work together to unpack anxious thoughts, identify triggers, and explore how your history connects to your present experiences. Your autonomy throughout this process matters deeply to me, and every aspect of our work is tailored to your unique needs and goals.
