I have been in my own practice for 12 years. I have provided support for clients suffering from Grief, trauma, sexual abuse and substance abuse. I have supported many victims of domestic abuse. My internship was supporting Spanish-speaking women struggling with concerns surrounding abuse. Prior to opening my own practice, I worked for the foster care system. I also ran a satellite office for the Josselyn Center. I am presently a clinical supervisor for Mending Minds Behavioral Health. I utilize many different modalities to accommodate the people I serve. I am trained in EMDR ( for those suffering from PTSD), DBT and CBT therapies. I utilize an eclectic and integrative approach to support individuals on their path to recovery and discovery. Everybody is unique with regard to their mental health and their discovery journey. I received my Master's degree from National Louis University. I worked in substance abuse facilities and spend 6 years working in Foster care. I have served many of the Spanish-speaking population. In tandem with my private practice, I am currently the Clinical Supervisor for Mending Minds Behavioral Health in Wisconsin. I hope you give me the opportunity to encourage your growth. I take what I do very seriously.

What should a new client know about working with you?

The initial session is an opportunity for me to get to know about "what brings you to therapy". I ask background questions regarding your past history as well as present-day concerns. I offer my observations as well as provide in-depth clinical support and information.

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
