Are you living an authentic life? This very moment is rich with the capacity for change. The most miraculous opportunities for creativity, authenticity, and connection are present right now. Trauma, depression, and anxiety can block us from experiencing the life we are meant to live. Moments of transition and change can leave us feeling disconnected and imbalanced. If this resonates with you, I may be able to help. I hold a Master's in Social Work from the University of Kentucky and specialize in Motivational Interviewing and Mindful Self-Compassion. I also have formal training in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and the Neurosequential Model of Therapeutics. During our sessions, I will offer an individualized set of techniques to help you live your life to its fullest potential. I am grateful for the opportunity to walk with you on your journey toward change.

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
