What should a new client know about working with you?

Empowerment is such an important tool I like to utilize in my private practice. I like to work in solution focused lens, and be able to look deeper into what has led you to the here and now. Life is a journey and so is the treatment to get you to your end goal!

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Those who work with me should be able to take a deeper look into their behaviors, with more understanding and care for themselves. The first initial session I will be gathering background information, and explore what has led you to reach out for help.
